Election Commissioner (EC) Abul Fazal Md Sanaullah has said that no one, including media outlets, will be allowed to operate drones during the upcoming national election.

He said that the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) will also be prohibited throughout the election process.

Sanaullah shared the decisions while speaking to reporters on Thursday (August 7) following the ninth meeting of the EC.

Replying to a question, he said, “We are also planning to install CC camera in poll booths.”
