The National Moon Sighting Committee will hold a meeting this evening to review moon sightings, marking the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan.

The meeting is scheduled for 6 pm at the Islamic Foundation's Baitul Mukarram office in the capital, presided over by Religious Affairs Adviser Dr. AFM Khalid Hossen.

People are requested to report any moon sightings in Bangladesh by calling 02-223381725, 02-41050912, 02-41050916, or 02-41050917.
