The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecasted dry weather across the country for the next 24 hours, with a slight chance of light rain or thunder showers in one or two places over Rangpur division.
The weather is expected to remain dry with a partly cloudy sky, while a seasonal low lies over the South Bay. The BMD also predicts a slight rise in both night and day temperatures across the country.
On Thursday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 32.5°C in Bandarban, Sitakunda, and Teknaf, while Sreemangal recorded the minimum temperature at 14.6°C.
In Dhaka, the wind will be coming from the west/northwest at a speed of 6-12 km/h. The sunset in the capital will occur at 6:01 pm, with sunrise expected at 6:21 am tomorrow.
