Water levels at 17 river stations have risen while 95 recorded a fall, according to the latest bulletin from the Flood Forecasting and Warning Centre (FFWC).

Among the 116 monitored stations, four remained steady, and none are currently flowing above the danger level.

The bulletin confirmed that all major rivers, including the Brahmaputra-Jamuna, Ganges-Padma, Surma, and Kushiyara, are flowing below the danger mark.

The Brahmaputra-Jamuna rivers are expected to continue falling for the next three days, remain steady for two days, and stay below danger level.

Similarly, the Ganges-Padma and the Surma-Kushiyara rivers are forecast to keep declining over the next several days, posing no immediate flood threat.
