The Bangladesh national cricket team will tour Sri Lanka from June 17 to July 16 for a month-long bilateral series featuring two Tests, three One Day Internationals (ODIs), and three Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is).
The tour will begin with the Test series. The first Test will be played at Galle International Stadium from June 17 to 21, followed by the second Test at Colombo’s Sinhalese Sports Club (SSC) from June 25 to 29. Sri Lanka has never lost a Test series to Bangladesh, but the Tigers are entering the tour with renewed confidence after drawing their recent Test series against Zimbabwe 1-1 in April.
After the Tests, the focus will shift to the white-ball matches. The three ODIs will be day-night fixtures. The first two ODIs will be held at R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo on July 2 and July 5, while the third ODI will take place at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium on July 8.
The T20I series will start on July 10 in Pallekele. The second match will be held in Dambulla on July 13, and the final game will be played at R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo on July 16.
The Bangladesh team is scheduled to arrive in Sri Lanka on June 13.
