The Bangladesh Meteorological Department has forecast light to moderate rain or thundershowers with temporary gusty wind across the country in the next 24 hours starting from 9am Sunday.

Most rainfall is expected in Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Sylhet divisions, with moderately heavy to heavy falls likely in some areas. Rain is also likely in other divisions, including Dhaka and Chattogram.

Day temperatures may drop by 1-2°C in most parts except Khulna and Barishal, while night temperatures may fall slightly nationwide.

Saturday's highest temperature was 36°C in Rajshahi and Syedpur; the lowest was 24°C in Bandarban.
