A meeting of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Standing Committee was held on Tuesday (April 15) night at the party Chairperson’s political office in Gulshan.

BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman presided over the meeting virtually. 

Key agenda items included formulating a specific roadmap for upcoming elections and discussing the importance of an upcoming meeting with the Consensus Commission.

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir and senior leaders including Dr Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain, Barrister Zamir Uddin Sarkar, Mirza Abbas, Gayeshwar Chandra Roy, and others attended in person. 

Besides, Dr Moyeen Khan and Dr AZM Zahid Hossain joined virtually.
