A new political party named ‘Jatiya Nagorik Party’ is set to be launched on Friday under the initiative of Jatiya Nagorik Committee and the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement.
Nahid Islam has been finalized as the party’s convener, while Akhter Hossain will serve as the member secretary.
Hasnat Abdullah has been appointed as the chief organizer for the southern region, Sarzis Alam for the northern region, and Nasiruddin Patwari as the chief coordinator.
